New York Tow Truck Causes Damage To Parked SUV

Look at this viral YouTube video which shows how an out-of-control New York tow truck (or was it the driver of the truck that was out of control?) was responsible for the damage to a parked SUV on Monday just 2 days ago. Apparently the tow truck was trying to drag a stuck snow-plow out of its parking spot and in spite of numerous warnings pulled the snow-plow into a parked SUV just in front not just once, but several times. This video was shot from an apartment window on Monday morning.
